Before you email

  1. Confirm you are signed in with the same Google or Apple account used for your purchase or hosted override.
  2. For Hosted Gemini issues, note whether the problem happens on live answers, follow-ups, or screenshot solve.
  3. For subscription issues, mention which product you bought: weekly, pro monthly, pro yearly, or a credit pack.
  4. Attach the exact message shown in the app so support can match it to the right backend path faster.

Common questions

I bought a plan but still see trial. Open the AI tab, use Recover Purchases, then sign out and sign back in with the same account if needed.
Hosted Gemini says I need to log in. Make sure the account shown in the app is correct and that your Firebase-hosted access is synced to the same account.
Screenshot solve is not working. Check Screen Recording permission in macOS and confirm your current plan or credit balance covers Hosted usage.
Can I use my own API key? Yes. Custom AI and BYOK can be configured from the AI tab. Hosted credits are only used for Hosted Gemini requests.
